H.A.N.D.S.

Our mission…

To Acquire vacant properties, renovate or remodel, to house less fortunate persons such as The Homeless, Persons abused through Domestic Violence, Persons in shelters, and People infected with HIV and AIDS. Such individuals have been victims of discrimination when it comes to housing. H.A.N.D.S. endeavors to provide decent and affordable housing through City, State, and Government agencies to restore dignity to such underprivileged persons.

Who We Are?

H.A.N.D.S is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization focused on acquiring and restoring properties to provide for those in need in New York and Delaware.

We acquire vacant properties, remodel or renovate those properties and provide housing to the less fortunate.

COMMUNITY

IMPACT

Each year, we sponsor the “Teaching Garden Go Vertical Project.” This project enables people to grow their food on their property.

We have also been instrumental in working with the New York Mets Baseball Team's "JPMorgan Chase Baseball is for Kids" program. We were able to give out 150 baseball tickets each year to community-based programs in the New York area for children and their families.
