Letting History Rewrite Itself
H.A.N.D.S. was operated as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization from 1999 to 2008 to support underprivileged populations in New York City, New York, and Northern Delaware. Our organization worked with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and real estate agencies to acquire vacant New York and Delaware properties.
We acquired funding through public and private sector grant programs to cover renovation and remodel costs. The organization's activities include selling newly renovated or remodeled properties to individuals who may not have gotten the opportunity otherwise.
Today, our goal is to re-establish this program. However, we cannot do it without your support.
